Full Scale Planning & Coordination

Our full planning service is for those couples who want to be guided through the entire planning process. From start to finish, we will work with you to plan your day. Our planning service is fully inclusive, end to end, to ensure your event is truly special and completely seamless.

Package Inclusions:

  • Initial Consultation to understand vision & wedding brief
  • Unlimited support via email, phone and zoom throughout the planning process
  • Sourcing/booking/managing all wedding suppliers through-out the wedding process
  • Client Planning Cloud – management of planning documents (Budget, invoices, quotes, seating/dietaries etc)
  • Creation and distribution of your wedding day brief/timeline
  • 2x on site visits to walk through venue discuss visual plans/set up
  • Floor & seating plan assistance
  • Coordination with MC for reception formalities
  • Compilation of detailed wedding day run sheet
  • Full onsite management of wedding vendors throughout lead up & on the day
  • Oversee set up of ceremony/reception space – styling as per couples’ vision

Partial Planning & Coordination

You have secured your venue, the planning is underway, but you still require some guidance and assistance to finalise those last minute loose ends, than this is the ideal package for you.

We will sit down for an initial meeting, work through your existing plans & wedding brief, from there we will assist to take you through the next stage of your planning journey, together.

Planning Consultations

We understand that not all couples have the budget to allow for a full planning or coordination service, so we have implemented a cost effective service to allow you to ask us all your burning questions in a one on one planning session.

90 Minute zoom consultation with Alex to discuss the core ideas, themes, and timings for your day. Following our meeting, we will provide a detailed wedding day run sheet based upon the information provided in our session.

ELOPE/INTIMATE

For those couples who have decided to elope with their partner or host a more intimate style wedding, where your day is planned seamlessly, this service is for you.
